After the tender process for the restoration and wall adaptation work for lesser kestrels at the La Visitación Convent of Puebla de Alcocer concluded on October 3, the start of work certificate was signed as a way to kick off the project. In addition to the attendance of the technicians responsible for the work from the contractor company and the Works and Projects Service of the Ministry of Culture, the Mayor of the town was present.

The company that won the project was Concepto Ingeniería y Construcción SLU, with Santiago Esteban Hernán Martín (architect) and Juan Miguel Sánchez Pastor (architectural technician) as part of the project management team.

Once the spaces where actions were planned to be undertaken had been examined and the viability of the actions had been verified, the aforementioned document was signed. Subsequently, the tasks related to the organization and coordination of the works were analyzed in order to provide for an effective and dynamic process for the proper execution of the work to be carried out.

When the works begin, the different projects will be supervised by the Nature and Protected Area Conservation Service of the General Directorate of Sustainability and the Works and Projects Service of the General Directorate of Libraries, Archives, and Cultural Heritage.
