We're on the move at last! 26th July in the interpretation centre of the Cornalvo nature reserve in the municipality of Trujillanos in the province of Badajoz marked the long-awaited first meeting of all the partners of the LIFE-ZEPAURBAN project after the news of its acceptance by the European Commission. The main objective of this meeting was to notify all partners of the LIFE-ZEPAURBAN project as a whole, describing all its actions, aims, budget, and expected results. As in general during the development of the proposal each partner had concentrated on those actions that affected it individually or which it shared with other partners, it was necessary to pool knowledge, explaining in addition both common and specific aspects that will need to be taken into account in the development of the project depending on their nature, whether these be NGOs, private companies, public law entities, or public administrations.
For the benefit of those partners who initiated their activities in 2016 and in the first quarter of 2017, the schedule of activities and the steps to follow were gone over. In any case they were given a pendrive with the whole of the documentation on LIFE-ZEPAURBAN: a summary of the project, the latest version of its actions after revision, the breakdown of its budget by actions, an A4 partner form, the organisation chart of the project, the schedule, the Grant Agreement, the LIFE 2015 Nature and Biodiversity Application Guide, a circular, and a timesheet model and LIFE model of agreement between partners (DOC 1. Announcement) (DOC 2. Presentation).
